Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager and drive a welcoming, high-performing branch environment. You will oversee daily operations, ensure policy adherence, and foster relationships with clients through attentive service and proactive guidance.

You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, promote self-service options, and support audits while building lasting relationships in a fast-paced banking setting.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership and operational proficiency.
• Educate branch team and partners to stay informed.
• Engage clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch culture and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, manage lobby flow, assist with transactions, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them effectively.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, and resolve client issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audit readiness.
