Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and excellent experience.
• Greet clients on entry, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings for relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and assist.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like vault and ATM, and resolve issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support branch operations ensuring loss control, compliance, and audits.
