Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client acquisition
• Ability to create memorable client experiences
• Excellent in-person and phone communication, tailoring product benefits
• Strong problem-solving with attention to detail for client issues
• Compliance with banking policies, risk tolerances and training requirements
• Education as listed above is required or in progress

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to deepen relationships

• Educate clients on technology solutions (Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs)
