Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver outstanding service at our branch, putting clients first and growing lasting relationships. You will engage with clients, tailor product recommendations, and guide them through the Chase ecosystem with a friendly, consultative approach.

As part of the team, you will learn banking solutions, collaborate with specialists, and maintain strict adherence to policies and regulatory requirements to ensure a compliant, seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication in person and by phone.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Meet risk and compliance obligations, including training.
• High school degree or equivalent; licensing requirements within 180 days.
• Branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet to build relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand needs.
• Educate clients on Chase technology solutions (Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
