Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a branch to deliver hospitality, build lasting client relationships, and provide thoughtful financial solutions using Chase’s digital tools and services. You will meet with clients in person and by phone, educate them on banking products, and collaborate with specialists to address complex needs.

Requires 1+ year sales experience in retail banking, a high school diploma, and ability to obtain SIE/FINRA licenses within 180 days; weekend and some evenings

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to tailor features of products and services.
• Strong problem-resolution skills with attention to detail.
• Willing to adhere to risk, compliance, and training requirements.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Must obtain SIE, FINRA Series 6, and state registrations (including 63 if required) within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations—deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product/service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help with banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients and connect them to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
