Responsibilities

• Provide account servicing, maintenance and assist with opening new accounts.
• Help clients with day-to-day banking and self-service options (mobile app, website, ATMs).
• Listen actively, ask questions, show empathy, and work with team to meet client goals.
• Assist with branch operations while following bank policies and procedures.
