Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to greet clients, deliver attentive service, and introduce customers to Chase's digital tools. You will help clients achieve their financial goals by offering personalized service in a busy branch environment.

You will open new accounts, handle routine servicing, and educate customers on mobile banking, online banking, and self-service options, while collaborating with the branch team to exceed expectations and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Strong client-service orientation.
Ability to build trusted relationships.
Clear communication and courtesy with clients.
Willingness to learn banking products and procedures.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, using a tablet to manage lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (mobile app, online banking, ATMs).
Build meaningful relationships through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge, collaborating with the branch team.
Perform branch operations and cash-handling tasks in line with bank policies.
