Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn banking products and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using branch tools.
• Open accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product solutions with the team.
• Handle basic branch operations and cash handling following bank policies.
