Job summary

You will greet clients, manage queues, open accounts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while delivering a seamless customer experience across channels.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Cash handling experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients as they enter the branch, and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including mobile apps, online banking, and ATMs to meet needs anytime.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling tasks in line with bank procedures.
