Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.

• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk and compliance obligations, including required training.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; most unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage clients, meet with them to build relationships, and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and address clients' needs.
• Educate clients on Chase technology like the Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly, consult with clients, and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
