Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in Houston to represent our brand with hospitality and financial expertise. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, guiding them with thoughtful banking solutions and technology tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

In this branch-focused role, you will collaborate with specialists to address complex needs while adhering to risk and compliance requirements and working hours including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring features and benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while following risk guidelines.
• Mandatory regulatory knowledge: risk & compliance obligations and required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; licensing within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and meet clients' needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and refer to experts as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements; work hours include weekends/evenings.
