Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker for a branch role to deliver exceptional client service and build lasting client relationships. You will consult with clients on banking solutions, help them navigate technology tools like the Chase Mobile App, and collaborate with a team of experts to address complex financial needs.

The role requires sales experience, strong communication, and compliance awareness, with hours including weekends and some evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, tailoring features and benefits to clients with different needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations, including required training.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses or enrollment in JPMorgan Chase licensing program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor financial recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and address client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
