Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them regularly, in person or by phone, to understand needs and tailor solutions.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand clients and anticipate their needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to effectively consult and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
