Job summary

In this role you will collaborate with branch teammates to exceed client expectations, educate customers on products, and perform branch operations in accordance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to open and service accounts while adhering to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through the branch experience.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Develop meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with teammates.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices while following bank procedures.
