Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, provide account services, and promote banking solutions at the branch. You will build trusted relationships, learn products quickly, and collaborate with the team to meet client financial goals.

You will guide clients through everyday banking, support account opening, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering high‑quality, friendly service in a busy branch environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in client service or retail banking preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to learn banking products quickly.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients as they enter the branch.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices handling, in line with bank policies.
