Chase is recruiting an Associate Banker to provide warm, friendly service and guide clients toward the right financial solutions. You will greet customers, open accounts, and help them use Chase Mobile App and online banking to meet daily needs.

You will cultivate trusted relationships, collaborate with teammates, and uphold regulatory requirements while delivering an exceptional client experience across digital and in-branch channels.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with the team to deliver seamless service.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services and procedures.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed expectations with account servicing and opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service tools.
• Build relationships by listening, questioning, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations in line with bank policies and procedures.
