Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service and greeting clients as they enter the branch.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing, maintenance and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and use of digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations including managing cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
