In this position, you will greet clients, assist with account services, and guide transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs while maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
