Responsibilities

• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings in compliance.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
