Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, delivering attentive service and leveraging digital tools to help clients achieve their financial goals.

You will greet clients, open and service accounts, and educate on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. You’ll build relationships, partner with branch colleagues, and support operations while complying with policies.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while adhering to policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Assist branch operations, including cash devices, while following bank policies.
