Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in a welcoming branch environment. You will greet clients, open accounts, and help with everyday banking tasks using Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

You will build trusted relationships, learn products quickly, and work with the team to meet clients’ financial goals while adhering to all policies and regulatory requirements. Chase values diversity and inclusion and provides a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Wamiliarity with banking policies and procedures is a plus.
• Comfort with technology and mobile banking tools.
• Willingness to learn Chase products and services.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients entering the branch.
• Exceed client expectations by opening new accounts and servicing existing ones in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and use of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with clients.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in accordance with bank policies.
