Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, deliver attentive service, and help them achieve their financial goals. The role focuses on building trusted relationships, servicing accounts, and guiding customers through digital banking tools.

You will greet clients, open new accounts, educate on products, and work with branch staff to ensure a seamless client experience while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to quickly and effectively learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, making them feel heard and cared for.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions including the usage of technology self-service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions - partnering with other branch team members to help achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
