Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, build relationships, and deliver banking solutions with hospitality and a focus on service. You will be the face of the brand, helping clients navigate accounts, apps, and statements while following policies and regulatory requirements.

In this role you will greet clients, open and service accounts, assist with digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and collaborate with the branch team to meet clients' financial goals.

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow, using a tablet to check clients into the waiting queue and schedule meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch team to help clients achieve financial goals.
