Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to greet clients, deliver attentive service, and help them achieve their financial goals at the branch. You will build trusted relationships, introduce clients to experts, and use Chase's digital tools to simplify banking experiences.

You will handle day-to-day transactions, open new accounts in compliance with policies, and support branch operations while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment for all customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service or similar role.

• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, attending to lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations while handling day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on self-service tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their banking needs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and connecting clients to experts.
• Perform branch operations; may manage cash devices while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
