Qualifications

• Customer service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services and procedures.
• Willingness to learn banking technology and self-service tools.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and deliver attentive service, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Open accounts and provide account servicing while following policies.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service options (mobile app, web, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Assist with branch operations and cash devices while adhering to procedures.
