Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and build trusted client relationships in a branch setting. You will help clients with everyday banking needs, educate them on digital tools, and collaborate with teammates to meet financial goals.

You will handle account servicing, new accounts, and ensure compliance with banking policies while leveraging Chase’s digital solutions to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow to ensure they feel heard and cared for.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new accounts in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships through active listening and collaboration with branch team members to help clients achieve goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and cash vault/ATM duties in line with policies.
