Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and leveraging the latest banking solutions. You will deliver exceptional client experiences, build trusted relationships, and help clients achieve their financial goals.

You will assist with account servicing, new accounts, and day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App and ATMs, while adhering to regulatory requirements. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer-centric service across branches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet and queue system.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and adhering to policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the branch team.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices and adhering to bank policies.
