Job summary

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and deliver attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients entering the branch and coordinating lobby flow using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and the use of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking thoughtful questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault/ATM in compliance with bank policies.
