Job summary

Chase in Chicago is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver friendly, personalized service and to help clients meet their financial goals using Chase Mobile App and other digital solutions. You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, open new accounts, and handle routine transactions with accuracy.

You will build trusted relationships through active listening, clear communication, and empathetic service, while adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements to support branch success.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to engage clients and learn processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations with account servicing and opening new accounts.
• Assist clients with day‑to‑day transactions and digital self‑service tools.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations while following bank policies and procedures.
