The role emphasizes welcoming service, digital banking literacy, and collaborative teamwork across the branch. You will engage clients, educate them on products, and assist with day‑to‑day transactions while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by account servicing, maintenance and opening new accounts per policy.
• Educate clients on day‑to‑day banking and digital options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies and procedures.
