Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet, scheduling meetings.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist with day-to-day banking transactions and guide clients to self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions with teammates.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices with adherence to bank policies.
