Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options.

• Assist branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
