Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and a client‑centric approach in a branch setting. You will build trusted relationships, deliver solutions, and help clients reach their financial goals through banking products and services.

You will assist with account servicing, opening new accounts, and using digital platforms to provide convenient, secure banking experiences for customers.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.

• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, in accordance with bank policies.
