Home Instead in Wadsworth, OH is seeking a First Call Coordinator to deliver outstanding service to families and support caregivers and the office team. This on-site, full-time role offers a clear path for growth and a dynamic, people-centered environment.

You will be the first point of contact, manage inquiries, coordinate caregiver onboarding, assist with training, maintain records, and help ensure exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Homecare/Healthcare experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide potential clients through a consultative service inquiry process.
• Conduct employment inquiries with prospective caregivers.
• Coordinate and support caregiver onboarding and orientation.
• Assist with training programs and educational events.
• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records.
• Support quality assurance initiatives and follow-up activities.
• Help coordinate caregiver meetings, in-services, and ongoing training.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and timely follow-through on every inquiry.
