Parke Family Senior Care, Inc. - Home Instead is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to connect with prospective clients and their families, assess needs, and craft personalized service plans.

You will coordinate caregiver introductions and maintain ongoing client relationships to ensure high‑quality service. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, skilled at building trust with families, resolving concerns, and guiding clients from initial inquiry through the care relationship.

Competenze

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, customer service, or related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of the senior care industry is preferred.

Mansioni

• Meet with prospective clients and family members to understand needs, concerns, and expectations.
• Conduct care consultations and service inquiries using a consultative sales approach.
• Develop individualized service plans that address each client's needs and goals.
• Coordinate introductions between new clients and CAREGivers and ensure a positive start to services.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and families; monitor satisfaction and adjust plans as needed.
