Qualifications

• Fluent English communication, reading and writing.
• Weekend and evening availability; open Mon-Sat.
• Duties include educating clients about wellness plans and hospital services.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
• Assist incoming clients with paperwork, entering pet history, and ID tagging.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices and scheduling.
• Manage finances with opening/closing procedures and make accurate balances.
• Conduct necessary administrative tasks.
