Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
• Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
• Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with caregiver staff to ensure proper caregiver/client match and accurate referrals.
• Supervise scheduling and timecard processing for caregivers.
• Assist with care coordination and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and multitask in a high-functioning office.
• Prior experience in home care or medical office setting preferred.
