Job summary

Right at Home Greater Orlando is seeking a Scheduler to maintain client and caregiver relationships and deliver a best in home care experience. This full-time role focuses on accurate referrals, matching caregivers, timecard processing, and care coordination.

Ideal candidates have home care or medical office experience, a high school diploma with two years of business experience, independent judgment, and on-call availability outside normal hours. Spanish speaking preferred.

• Must be available for on-call duty outside normal office hours.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with caregiver staff to ensure proper client-caregiver match.
• Schedule caregivers, process timecards, and perform office coordination duties.
• Assist with care coordination and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and multitask in a high-functioning office.
• Preferably experience in home care or medical office settings.
