Job summary

Right at Home in North Kansas City, MO seeks a Scheduler to maintain client and caregiver relationships and deliver a best in home care experience. You will interface with caregiver staff to match clients, monitor clock-ins/outs, and handle payroll tasks, recruiting, onboarding and training as needed.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of business experience, strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking abilities, and can work independently with sound judgment.

Qualifications

• Two years of business experience required.
• Experience in home care or medical office preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Interface with caregiver staff to ensure proper client-caregiver matching.
• Schedule caregivers and monitor clock-ins/outs and payroll tasks.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training and personnel management.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while multitasking in a fast-paced office.
• Be available for on-call duties outside normal office hours.

The Scheduler is responsible for maintaining the client and caregiver relationship and ultimately helps provide a “best in home care” experience for clients and employees.

• Plays the integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff in ensuring the proper caregiver and client match. Ensures that all referrals are received in an accurate, detailed manner and are properly handled.
• Performs various supervisory activities for scheduling appropriate caregivers to clients; monitoring of caregiver clock ins and clock outs, other payroll responsibilities as needed. Performs other office coordination duties.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and personnel management.
• Maintains a positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high-functioning office environment.
• The ideal candidate has prior experience working in the home care industry or medical office setting.

The desired candidate will possess the following:

• High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
• Good computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good phone skills.
• Strong ability to stay organized and mulit task.
• Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgement.
• Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
