Venture Forthe seeks a Client Care Junior Coordinator to support scheduling for Personal Care Aides and nurses, ensuring safe, quality client care in a home-health setting.

You will communicate updates to caregivers, clients, and families and handle last-minute changes while maintaining accuracy in EVV compliance and documentation. This role offers a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in scheduling, customer service, or home care (EVV/AlayaCare experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality service

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage schedules for Personal Care Aides and nurses to ensure seamless client care
• Communicate real-time updates with caregivers, clients, and families
• Respond to last-minute call-offs and schedule changes
• Monitor visits using EVV systems and ensure compliance and accuracy
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalated when necessary
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation in systems like AlayaCare
• Support team reporting, tracking, and coordination needs
• Deliver professional and empathetic customer service
