Venture Forthe seeks a Client Care Junior Coordinator to help ensure high-quality client care and smooth coordination with caregivers. You will manage schedules, communicate updates, and handle last-minute changes while supporting a compassionate, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of scheduling, customer service, or home care experience (EVV/AlayaCare experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage schedules for Personal Care Aides and nurses.
• Communicate real-time updates with caregivers, clients, and families.
• Respond to last-minute call-offs and schedule changes.
• Monitor visits using EVV systems and ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation in systems like AlayaCare.
• Support team reporting, tracking, and coordination needs.
• Deliver professional and empathetic customer service.
