Qualifications

• Must hold a CNA license and have 2 years of client care coordination experience.
• Must possess a current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Strong communication and a service‑ and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new virtual platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance visits with clients and families.
• Address and resolve client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Introduce caregivers to clients and provide training and support.
• Perform supervisory visits with caregivers to assess skills and provide coaching or training.
• Identify opportunities to modify service plans to meet ongoing client needs.
