Client Care Coordinator
Home Instead is seeking an experienced Client Care Coordinator, who is highly energetic and organized to join our team. If you have an active CNA license, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving the lives of aging adults, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
Position Overview
As a Client Care Coordinator, you will oversee quality assurance and interact directly with clients and their families. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple demands and ensuring client satisfaction while adapting to their evolving needs. This is a full‑paced, team‑oriented, full‑time role requiring proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new virtual platforms.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance visits with clients and families.
- Address and resolve client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Introduce caregivers to clients and ensure proper training and support.
- Perform supervisory visits with caregivers to assess their skills and provide coaching or training as needed.
- Help grow business by identifying opportunities to modify service plans to best support ongoing needs of the clients.
- Hybrid role between field work and the office; not work from home.
Minimum Requirements
- Active CNA license (must have to be considered).
- 2 years experience in client care coordination.
- Current driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills with a service‑ and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new virtual platforms.
- First 30 days will be a Monday‑Friday schedule while training, rotating weekends with second Client Care Coordinator.
- Full‑time salaried position.

- Conflict resolution and problem‑solving skills, and ability to navigate difficult conversations professionally.
- Experience supervising, coaching, mentoring, or developing caregivers or healthcare staff.
- Proficient using multiple software platforms and technology in a fast‑paced environment.
- Initiative and strong sense of ownership, with ability to anticipate needs, identify solutions, and follow through with minimal supervision.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

- Starting: $80K‑$90K annual, depending on experience.
