Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a caring Client Care Coordinator to join our admin team and help enrich the lives of clients, families, staff, and the senior community in which we serve. The role involves non-medical assistance with daily living activities to help clients stay independent at home.

Primary duties include client consultations, care plan development, and quality assurance visits, using a consultative sales approach to tailor services and ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• 1+ years related business or sales experience (consultative sales).
• Must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Able to work in the field and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients and families to discuss needs and provide solutions via a service plan.
• Conduct Service Inquiries and Care Consultations as needed following the consultative sales process.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with potential clients and families who have not yet committed to service.
• Coordinate various aspects of a client’s care with team members.
• Introduce clients and Care Pros to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
