Job summary

Fedelta Home Care is hiring an In-Home Caregiver – CNA/HCA supporting Seattle-area clients. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with daily living activities, and provide compassionate, personalized care in clients' homes.

Ideal candidates are CNAs/HCAs with a caring attitude, strong communication, and reliable transportation. Shifts are part-time with potential growth to full-time based on client needs and availability.

Qualifications

• Requires Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Care Aide (HCA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR).
• Minimum of six months industry-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow client care plan as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADL) per care plan.
• Provide personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and time worked.
• Ensure client safety and comfort and report changes to care team.
