Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate CNA, HCA, or Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care for a client in Seattle, Washington. The role focuses on preserving comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, about 20 hours per week, with potential for additional shifts. Compensation is $21.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Current, active Washington State CNA or HCA credential.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Ability to work independently and follow established care plans.
• Strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, bathing, and dressing as needed.
• Support safe ambulation and mobility inside and outside the home.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Assist with prescribed exercises and activities.
• Provide companionship and engage the client in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition or behavior.
• Communicate effectively with the client, family, and care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.
