Job summary

Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a key contact for customers, ensuring total satisfaction. You will enter orders, handle requests, and provide timely, professional support while actively selling Graybar goods on inbound calls.

The role requires strong communication, a background in customer service, and a High School diploma or higher. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with compensation starting at $21.00 per hour depending on

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• 2-year or 4-year degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and process requests promptly.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and written correspondence with follow-up.
• Coordinate pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credits and claims as needed.
• Sell Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
