National Seating Mobility (NSM) is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative. You will act as liaison between clients, caregivers and referral sources, handling inquiries professionally and coordinating orders with branch teams and clinicians.

The role involves data entry, inventory tasks, and processing work orders to support NSM’s mission of 360-degree mobility solutions. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and manage requests in a helpful, professional manner.

• Perform data entry, clerical tasks, assist with inventory, and accept deliveries.
