Job summary

National Seating & Mobility, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused professional to handle inbound calls, answer questions, and provide excellent service.

You will interact with clients, clinicians, and caregivers to update on order status, schedule appointments, and complete follow-ups in a courteous, efficient manner. The role requires understanding NSM processes and training materials, and may involve data entry, document handling, and ongoing learning to stay current with policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills and empathy with callers.
• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls and manages inquiries in a helpful, professional manner.
• Communicates with clients, clinicians and caregivers to provide status on pending orders.
• Completes follow-up phone calls.
• May coordinate with branch staff and clients to schedule evaluations, delivery, and repair appointments.
• May assist in verifying client information and documenting equipment details; accepts deliveries when needed.
• Performs data entry and file management of pertinent documents.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
