Job summary

National Seating & Mobility, Inc. (NSM) is seeking mission-driven team members to support our 360-degree Complex Mobility Solutions.

The role focuses on answering calls, coordinating orders with branches, clients and clinicians, and ensuring accurate client information and funding eligibility. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong organizational and customer service skills, and be prepared to contribute to a growing, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and manage phone requests and inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
• Order management, coordinating with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and care givers.
• Assists in completion of work orders including verification that all necessary client information is documented, equipment details, and funding eligibility.
• Performs a variety of data entry, clerical tasks, assists with physical inventory, and accepts delivery of goods when necessary.
